  • Dirty Rugs Cleaned Here!

The rugs in your home have many purposes. Some rugs are intended to protect the underlying surface, while other rugs are intended for and a beautiful accent to the room. You may even have simple walk off mats that are designed to collect dirt from traveling into your home or office. Whatever the case may be, we have a cleaning option for you.

  • OPTION 1

We come to you and we clean at your location.

    This process includes the following:

    1. Rug Identification - Natural Fiber or Synthetic?
    2. Pre Inspection - We will look for any unusual wear, weaknesses, or areas of concern.
    3. Pre Vacuuming - We will vacuum the top side of the rug thoroughly to help obtain optimal results.
    4. Dye Test - Depending on the rug ID, this step may be skipped. If performed and the results indicate a "bleeder" then we'll make our recommendations as to what should be done.
    5. Now we will clean using the best and safest solutions for your rug. In some cases, we may need to lower the cleaning temperatures and / or adjust our cleaning solutions used, due to the fiber ID results.

  • Option 2

This is your best and most thorough plan of attack.

For starters we offer FREE PICK UP & DELIVERY!

    This process includes the following:

    1. Rug Identification - Natural Fiber or Synthetic?
    2. Pre Inspection - We will look for any unusual wear, weaknesses, or areas of concern.
    3. Rug Dusting - Dirt likes to hide deep in the fibers of rugs. This process will gently, yet thoroughly, beat it out. It's pretty cool to watch.
    4. Pre Vacuuming - In addition to vacuuming the top side of the rug, we will also pre vacuum the back side.
    5. Dye Test - We need to verify that the rugs colors won't bleed when cleaning. If it is a "bleeder", measures will be taken before we clean to help prevent it.
    6. Wash Pit - Your rug will be placed in a wash pit. If your rug is soaked in dog urine, well it is going to probably bathe in a solution or a while. Rugs not urine soaked won't need nearly as much dwell time.
    7. Deep Scrub aka The Rug Massage - Using a machine, we'll scrub our solution deep into the pores of your rug.
    8. Rinse - All that family, and pet safe solution that was scrubbed in now needs rinsed out.
    9. Extract and Dry - Every drop of water that can be extracted from your rug will be prior to the drying. The rug will be placed on a rack to dry. While on the rack, several fans be placed and your rug will dry in a controlled environment.
    10. Fringe Care - Not all rugs have fringe, but those that do get this special care. The fine fibers hanging off the edge will be combed straight and untangled.
    11. Packaged For Delivery - After the rug is dry, it will be rolled up and placed into a thick bag. This bag will protect it and serve as it's home until the delivery is complete.
