I truly don't know what we would have done without Paul and Bri! They helped make sure every bit of damage to our home from the Derecho in Iowa was identified, removed and treated correctly. They worked directly with our insurance and were here to help us every step of the way. Not only are they excellent at their job, they are also excellent people. I would recommend them over and over and over again (and, in fact have!) Thank you Paul and Bri for helping us!!

Paul and Bri with their crew were great! They showed our insurance adjuster what areas of the walls and ceiling had trapped water and were able to get started removing the wet materials before it turned to mold. Their team was always extremely polite and they kept us informed of progress throughout the cleanup process. Spotless Miracle took a very bad situation and kept it from getting much worse and were very pleasant and professional to work with throughout the process!

Talk about huge life savers!!!! Paul & Bri eliminated so much stress off our plate after the August 10th Derecho. We were only weeks away from finishing a new construction build when the roof was torn off the back of the home. I spent half a day calling mitigation companies only to get no response for the most part. Paul had done work for our company in the past, but had moved to California about a year prior to the storm. We got wind that he was on his way back to help out Cedar Rapids. I put in an immediate call to them, and got through right away. They literally inspected & got to work on our home with in hours of getting into town. Paul was not only extremely knowledgeable in answering any mitigation questions I had, but was also super knowledgeable with the insurance side of things as well! If your looking for knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, compassionate, caring, trustworthy individuals then these are your people. I can't thank them enough for the great job they did & all the help they were!

Paul and Bri of Spotless Miracle are lifesavers. Our house took on significant water damage in the August 10 Derecho. We were aware of some areas that were saturated because of water spots, but the Spotless Miracle team came in, scanned our walls and ceilings with thermal imaging to see other potential wet areas and then used moisture readers to confirm. They also discovered damage in the walls in areas we were not aware of. When it came to demolition and removal damaged drywall and insulation in the walls and ceilings, they worked with us so we did not have to relocate. They taped off rooms and hung plastic everywhere, which minimized the mess and when they were finished there was no mess left behind. It was truly amazing--even other contractors we used to rebuild commented on what a great job they did.. They explained the process and communicated what to expect along the way and work directly with your insurance. I highly recommend that you use them for any of your water restoration/mold removal needs

I hired Spotless Miracle to do a deep clean on my house for the holidays and I couldn't be more pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their attention to detail!
